CardZap – Digital Business Cards

In the digital world, all the things we used to have in physical form are going digital, including business cards. Instead of printing business cards and handing them out by hand, it would be so much better if we could do all this from the comfort of our homes and from our smartphones. The app we’re going to present to you today will allow you to do just that.

CardZap is a free application for Android and iOS that will allow you to create a digital business card and then share that card with your friends and business partners.

How Does CardZap Work?

Once you install and run CardZap, the first thing you need to do is create a free account or sign in with your Google account. This is necessary because CardZap stores all your business cards in the Cloud, where they are always easily accessible.

When you run CardZap, the first thing you’ll see is the business card design menu. This works by filling in predefined fields, such as first name, last name, email, phone number, photo, and so on, and this information is automatically added to the card, in places that have already been determined. As for appearance, you can change the font, font size and color of the letters, as well as the background color. The positions where the data will appear on the card cannot be changed.

Once you’ve finished creating your business card, you can save and share it. As for sharing, you’ll be able to import contacts into CardZap and then send a business card to specific contacts. Also, each card will have its own QR code that can be scanned and if the person scanning this code has the CardZap application installed, the card will be opened and saved in CardZap. If the app is not installed, the card will open on the website.

One feature that we really liked that definitely makes this a better option than physical cards is that if, for example, your company changes its phone number and you change that in the business card you have saved in CardZap, this will update any business cards you have shared so that the phone number will change there as well.

CardZap Is a Convenient Way to Create, Share and Store Business Cards

CardZap is a great app. Creating business cards is more than simple, although we would prefer to be able to choose the place where our info will be. The fact that when you change any information, everything is automatically updated on the cards you send out, making this a better option than physical business cards. We didn’t encounter any problems or bugs while using it, so CardZap gets our recommendation.
