Formatting cells in Microsoft Excel can help us work more easily and strain less during work. However, sometimes we need to remove formatting from one or more cells, especially if that table has been copied or imported.

  2. Click on the cell you want to remove the formatting from
  3. Click on Clear and then on Clear Formats
  4. In the same way, we can remove the formatting of the entire table. Click any cell in the table and press Ctrl + A on your keyboard to select the entire table.
  5. Click on Clear and then on Clear Formats
