What does AirVisual measure?

AirVisual is, to say the least, a specific application that provides information on air quality in a particular environment. Based on artificial intelligence, this application uses the air quality index and compares the measured data with that index. In addition to air pollution information, AirVisual provides weather information, so you can view the temperature and humidity of the air in your environment. It displays pollution information for more than 10,000 cities in over 80 countries around the world.

The application monitors the presence of key air pollutants: PM2.5, PM10, ozone, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, and carbon monoxide. AirVisual contains relevant information for vulnerable groups of people with asthma or other respiratory diseases. In addition to displaying current information, it offers the ability to predict air quality and weather data, on a daily or weekly basis. If you are interested in air quality data for the previous day, there is an option to review pollution charts in the last 24 hours.

AirVisual allows users to choose between the US and Chinese standards for International Air Pollution Index (AQI). Within the application, you can also see the list of the most polluted cities in the world according to the AQI index.

AirVisual has a beautiful design, a simple user interface, is easy to use, and displays all important information in an understandable way. A big plus is a fact that there are no annoying ads, so you can use it without interruption. During installation, you will need to allow AirVisual to access your location.

This great app is easy to use and deserves to be praised. Thanks to the useful information, you will be able to organize your daily outdoor activities. However, frequent air quality checks can discourage you. Therefore, don’t use it too often.
