If you want to write a letter with an accent in Google Docs, but you don’t have the language with that letter installed or you don’t know where that letter is on the keyboard, in our opinion the most convenient way is to draw that letter manually. This way, you won’t make any mistakes, and you won’t have to search through a list of special characters.

  1. How to Write a Letter With Accent in Google Docs
  2. Click on Insert
  3. Click on Special characters
  4. In the Insert special characters section, draw the accented letter you want to use
  5. The accented letter you drew will appear on the left. 
Click on that letter and it will be written into the text.
