2. In the search field, type mouse settings and click on the first result obtained

4. To adjust horizontal scrolling, click on Additional mouse options
5. Click on Wheel
6. Here you can adjust both vertical and horizontal scrolling. 
The number represents how many lines will be skipped with each scroll.
