How to Export Passwords in Microsoft Edge

Microsoft Edge can save and sync all of your usernames and passwords across devices using your Microsoft account. However, if you want to switch to another Internet browser or want to start using a password manager, which we highly recommend, it’s best to first export all your passwords and import them into another browser or password manager.

  1. How to Export Passwords in Microsoft Edge
  2. Click on the three horizontal dots in the upper right corner of the screen
  3. Click on Settings
  4. Click on Passwords
  5. Click on the three horizontal dots like in the video
  6. Click on Export passwords
  7. Click on Export passwords
  8. Enter your Windows password, then click on OK
  9. Choose where you want to save the passwords, give the file a name, then click on Save
