How to Save a PowerPoint Presentation in PDF Format

If you want to save the PowerPoint presentation in PDF format, you can easily do so directly from PowerPoint. All you have to do is choose to save the file in PDF format in the file save menu, and you will also be able to set how many slides will be on each page.

  1. How to Save a PowerPoint Presentation in PDF Format
  2. Click on File
  3. Click on Save As
  4. Choose where you want to save the presentation
  5. Open the drop-down list next to Save as type and click on PDF (*.pdf)
  6. Click on Options…
  7. When the Slides option is selected under Publish what, each slide will occupy one page of the PDF file. It is possible to set up more than one slide on one page.
  8. Open the drop-down list and click on Handouts
  9. In the drop-down list next to Slides per page, it is possible to choose how many slides will be on one page
  10. When you are done with the settings, click on OK and then on Save
