Spark – Smart Email Sorting

Spark – Smart Email Sorting

Most of us, who use a computer at work every day, receive a large number of emails. Going through all these emails can be a time-consuming and tedious job, especially since not all emails are equally important. For this reason, it is good to have a program that will help us sort our emails more easily.

Spark is a free program for Windows 7, 8, 10, 11, macOS, Android, and iOS, which will help us organize our emails faster and easier. In this review, we will focus on the Windows version, but everything we will say, more or less, applies to all other versions of the program.

How Does Spark Work?

Once you download and install Spark, the first thing you need to do is create a free account. You can use an existing Google account for this, but you can also create a completely new account. Once you’re done creating your account, you’ll see a beautiful, modern, and well-organized user interface. Since organization and productivity is the main function of this program, a quality user interface is extremely important, and we are glad that we cannot give a single complaint in this aspect.

Spark is used to organize emails. It achieves this with its Smart Inbox option. This option works by automatically grouping emails into personal emails, notifications, and newsletters, and we can say that during testing we never saw the program make a mistake when sorting.

In Spark, you can also create a Smart Folder for filtering emails based on sender, attachment, or content. Smart Folder provides quick access to specific emails and makes your inbox more organized. For example, if you travel often, create a Smart Folder for your tickets and reservations and they will automatically appear here.

In addition to this, Spark includes additional options that will help you better organize your emails. One way it does this is by allowing users to flag emails that require immediate attention, as well as Snooze emails that don’t require an immediate response.

You can add an unlimited number of email addresses to Spark, it can work with any email service, and it includes predefined connection functions for Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Microsoft Exchange, and iCloud. This means that if you use one of these services, all you have to do is add your email address and the connection will be made automatically. If you use another service, you will have to add the data needed for the connection yourself. This is a fairly simple process and we believe that even beginners will find it easy.
